MUST HAVES: 

-Transportation with tools

-Preferably non-smoking 

-Punctuality, responsibility

-Capable of doing most residential and some commercial building/remodeling

-Good hygiene and appearance

-Able to accomplish high quality craftsmanship in a speedy timely manner

CONCRETE FINISHER

MUST HAVES:

-Experienced only

-You can be paid hourly or by job

-The more you bring to the table, the better the pay

SKILLED WORKER

MUST HAVES:

- Transportation with tools

-Cellphone and tool pouch with basics

-Be in good shape and can work efficiently

-Ability to read a tape measurer, use all basic saws, drills, and tools

-Preferably non-smoker and good hygiene
