-Be punctual and responsible.
-Capable of doing most residential and some commercial building/remodeling.
-Good hygiene and appearance
-Able to accomplish high quality craftsmanship in a speedy timely manner.

-You can be paid hourly or by job.
-The more you bring to the table, the better the pay.

-Cellphone and tool pouch with basics.

-Ability to read a tape measurer, use all basic saws, drills, and tools
